I'll try , but there really are no words to describe our first experience with dial a ride. From the sweet gal who set up our appt over the phone to Al and Dan who made what is usually a stress filled day into a fun, easy trip. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness towards my mother. Bay City is so fortunate to have Bay Metro and these great drivers.
Why are your drivers parking in McDonald's and blocking all of the disability spots?!?! Wth...I almost called the police as I just had a knee replacement!!! Do better!!!! Done on 8-3-2025!! At 1130 am approximately!!
