As a Dial-A-Ride rider, my main concerns are with scheduling misinformation, inconsistent communication, pickup-time changes, and repeated routing problems that have made some trips much more stressful and time-consuming than they needed to be. One recent issue involved being incorrectly told that rides could not be scheduled on Saturdays, even though Bay Metro’s own website said rides could be scheduled Sunday through Saturday. I'll try , but there really are no words to describe our first experience with dial a ride. From the sweet gal who set up our appt over the phone to Al and Dan who made what is usually a stress filled day into a fun, easy trip. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness towards my mother. Bay City is so fortunate to have Bay Metro and these great drivers.
Why are your drivers parking in McDonald's and blocking all of the disability spots?!?! Wth...I almost called the police as I just had a knee replacement!!! Do better!!!! Done on 8-3-2025!! At 1130 am approximately!!
