I have received descent service but it sure was not today! I had a 1:30Dr. appointment I waited 3 weeks for and called Dial a ride at 12:00 noonish. Shortly 3 busses came through in quick succession but I was told none were going my way. Angry I asked the bus driver to radio in to find out what happened.
