Best Buy used this company for a delivery to my home. They tore my yard up on both sides of my driveway. Deep ruts, on both sides into my yard, damaged my driveway. I'm not sure how they were so reckless. Terrible driver and didn't even try to discuss..... just drove away.
I do not recommend their services. They were supposed to drop off and hook up a new dryer. Said it was impossible due to basement door frame needing to be removed. When I got home the dryer was sitting in my living room. I proceeded to move the dryer and hooked it up myself. I did not remove the door frame
Two guys delivered our washer & dryer on 12/28. They kept me informed of delivery time. They were not aware the W & D were to be stacked; however, they managed to get it done without any problems. It took a while but they checked everything before leaving. I am very satisfied with their service.

The 3 gentlemen that delivered my washer and dryer today on behalf if best buy did a great job. They were nice, professional and fast. Most people post or make comments that r on negative side so i wanted to put a positive comment up. Thank u
