This by far is the worst delivery company that I have ever come across in 30 years. I spoke with "Adonis" and advised him that they were several hours early than the scheduled window - this is where he got testy with me and told me "we weren't the only delivery they had to make" and I needed to adjust my schedule! What? What's the point in giving a window that can be overridden by the delivery company! If you get a text that mentions this company - ask Best Buy or whomever it is - for another company - even the Three Stooges... read more

This delivery company delivered my refrigerator from Best Buy, and they damaged several areas of my house, including the kitchen tile and garage door. After sending a picture, they offered a small refund, and they said the check had already been sent, and it has been almost 20 days since I haven't received it. They never respond to calls. The guy working on this case is named Michael. He is keep lying.

Best Buy used this company for a delivery to my home. They tore my yard up on both sides of my driveway. Deep ruts, on both sides into my yard, damaged my driveway. I'm not sure how they were so reckless. Terrible driver and didn't even try to discuss..... just drove away.

I do not recommend their services. They were supposed to drop off and hook up a new dryer. Said it was impossible due to basement door frame needing to be removed. When I got home the dryer was sitting in my living room. I proceeded to move the dryer and hooked it up myself. I did not remove the door frame
