Their customer services is terrible. Nobody returns phone calls or emails, you have to be on hold for hours. Lauren laughs and mocks you when you ask why your bill went from $438 to over $1,000 and you haven’t changed insurance. How disrespectful and unprofessional. I sure hope I can find somewhere else to get my supplies and not have to use this unprofessional place with terrible customer service.

Diabetes Supply Center Of The Midlands was absolutely amazing! They handled then entire process and made switching insulin pump companies a breeze! Highly recommend them!
Th Diabetes Education center is the most professional, patient focused and caring place in the state for those that live with diabetes. I send friends and family there to get all the answers and the care they deserve!
I personally feel the Diabetes Center of the Midlands is awesome! My youngest daughter has had T1D for 16yrs. I can't imagine not having them to call when we have run down to our last pump supplies & they always are able to accommodate us. We have NEVER had a problem or issue in all the years we have dealt with them.
Very disorganized and poorly run. Never dealt with a company that had worse customer service or higher prices. Would recommend going ANYWHERE else.
