7-20-2026-- Does anyone respond to phone calls, emails or to clients at the door? For approximately one year, I have been attempting to get a response from Robert Wilcox or DiLorenzo and Wilcox without any success. I have very serious concerns about the extremely poor quality of service from Robert Wilcox @ DiLorenzo and Wilcox, the absence of concern for clients and lack of following up with clients. Horrible office. No one answers the phone. And no one provides any guidance. Stay away!
Does not respond after you sign contracts. Please look elsewhere. I have been trying to speak with my attorney since March. It is August and no one replies. Have filed a legal complaint against this firm. DO NOT USE THEM!
The service provided by Mr. Wilcox and his team was top notch! I was finally awarded disability after a long battle that could not have happened without him. They were on top of everything, kept me updated, and genuinely cared about me and my case! Thank you so much!
