Working with Doug Perko is a dream. He's very detail-oriented, very thorough, very compassionate, and just as practical. This was my first experience using an attorney so, I didn't know what to expect. I worked with Doug Perko and felt he walked me through the whole process with ease. I had a difficult case with family members after the death of both my parents to covid-19. I own rental property and had a tenant who refused to vacate. The situation was complicated by a series of state and federal moratoriums on evictions during 2021. Attorney Doug Perko was able to navigate this confusing jumble of overlapping and often contradictory moratoriums and executive orders.
