My parcel arrived the 21th at Brisbane, it was cleared by the customs on the 22sd, we are now the 29th evening and I still haven't received it! Seriously?!
The worst parcel delivery service ever. They don't go to your address and say that the "customer was not home." They don't leave a note or even send your parcel to be collected at a nearby collecting point.
Your live agent name "JOSH" for Australia. Is extremely unprofessional. I got in the live chat, explain to him my situation. He IMMEDIATELY just send me a "please contact shipper who authorizes to deliver without signature" and send 2 more copy and paste message and LEFT IMMEDIATELY. Its incredible how bad they are. Google should allow for minus ratings. Appalling, incompetent and frighteningly useless. Two parcels currently missing through these guys. DO NOT USE AT ANY COST.
