Lost my parcel. DHL subcontracted to PFlogistics/Freightster who lost my parcel between Brisbane and the Gold coast. No help from customer service at neither DHL nor eCommerce or PF/Freightster.
If you want to feel like an irrelevant piece of trash then by all means use this courier company. Customer "Service" is beyond appalling, rude, arrogant unhelpful people who couldnt give a toss. AVOID at all costs
