Puts the profit over the client!! He actually smirked at me, when I reminded him of our outstanding agreement of fees. Budh laughed as he said, “Everything has gone up!” I was so embarrassed! My entire family have been loyal customers for 13+ years, and that’s how you treat me? So disappointing! So rude!! The 6 of us will not be back!
