Our experience was HORRIBLE!!!! No communication what so ever. They Changed our closing date 3x's without communication or remorse. As first time home buyers, our Loan officer James Matthew Smothers made this situation a nightmare. My husband and I felt alone and we felt as if DHI truly didn't care for our family. A very heart breaking situation .
