I'm deeply concerned about the abysmal customer service and the dreadful email communication at this location. Despite closing several deals here, every single one of my clients has been incredibly stressed during the process. I urge you to seriously reconsider the roles of Escrow Officer Tami Spradley and scheduler Amanda Daniels. Their positions should be closely evaluated to determine if they are truly suited for these responsibilities.

For a company's core value being "focus on what matters most -- people" they do not return phone calls in a timely manner. Max G and Cassy M gave us an impromptu deadline via email of submitting a needed document. 7 phone calls with 2 voicemails left. Yet they cannot return a phone call to any of us for assistance. That is poor business etiquette.
Horrible experience with this people. They don’t comunícate each other as a team
