Very unprofessional trucker who cannot even maintain his speed on empty highway and keep bothering other trucker to pass him and then he cuts off again, and then slow down multiple times, also throwing the cigarette butts all over without sinking of endangering the truck and trailer combination behind him Happened on Highway two heading towards Edmonton at 12 AM midnight on April 25.
