Dharma Jewel Monestary is a wonderful place. I've been taking meditation classes there & have learned much about focus, concentration patience & giving. The classes have helped me & other's have noticed a change in me. I'm not perfect but much much better.

My son has been attending the Kids' Meditation Class on Sundays from 2:30-4:30. This experience has had a profound effect on him- and it's free!! Last month, he broke his arm. In the ER, he told me that meditating and focusing on his breath helped him stay calm more than anything! I like that they give lessons on virtues as well. Their kids' program is amazing.
