I too received a bill for $45 from two years ago. The owner has made not attempt to contact me despite repeated e-mails and calls. The phone is NEVER connected and there is no response to voicemails or other messages. My guess is the business is struggling (look at their reviews online as proof!) and she is STEALING money from former clients by creating phony claims.
