The place is very calm, abundant and peaceful.. The people who guided me were very wise and took right decisions at right time. Even during freezing temperatures it was warm and comfortable inside. I had shoulder stiffness since a year, before I came to the couse . It magically disappeared after course and I no longer needed to stretch to release any tension .. also the environment and people there was very supportive.
Great meditation retreats. Simple accommodations, excellent community, nourishing food. Walking paths. Perfect for spiritual reset and awakening on your path.
