My case was never updated in a timely manner, and I often had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic progress. Do not recommend. The lawyers (especially the partner Dawei) are not responsive (e.g. not replying to client’s emails for 11 days despite several follow ups). The lawyer also kept ignoring my request to be copied on the email correspondence with the condo sponsor (which can be much more efficient as the lawyer alleged that the dispute is not their job and we should figure out that issue with the sponsor directly). Great representation, helped me a lot in navigating the complex legal field. Dawei leads an extremely responsive and client interest focused team. They are knowledgeable, judicious and meticulous in every stage of the process. Would recommend anyone to work with them.
Pricy and don't see quality worth the premium. Promised to check our issue and never got back to us, followed up a few times and every time either ignore or gave us the expression that she will help, but never did. Ended up a few months later told us we need to pay extra fee if she helps us.
