My wife and I take our daughter here twice a week. The staff is very respectful and the therapist schedules we see two different therapist P.T and both therapist schedule aligns with my wife and I schedules. My daughter has progressed alot since starting her therapy here. The therapist are great with my daughter and cancelations just make sure to call 24 hours in advance there rooms where they do the exercises is clean and well maintained and perfect like a mini obstacle course. Office staff is unprofessional and can not answer any questions about therapist schedules. They couldn't meet my child's needs of having to be seen twice a week. Then there is no consistency, they called me before every appointment to reschedule the time or tell me another therapist will be seeing my son.
Horrible! Employees rude and unprofessional .
