this place sucks I bought 2 full size beds for by kids its braking apart and its not even a true full so i cant get a box spring for it and there is a big gap. be ware. cheap but terrible place
All - Please do not buy anything from here, be forewarned.. we ordered a sofa + love seat + chair + ottoman and paid in full. Its now 4 months and they have neither delivered the Ottoman nor given a refund. We have called / emailed the store multiple times...they have stopped picking up our calls. We have filed complaints with the BBB as well, will go to court if necessary. The customer service is pathetic.
I had a very good experience with this store. I am a retired school teacher whom recently moved into a small two bedroom apt in a senior complex. I needed new furniture to furnish this since I was moving out of my son's house. My son and daughter in law had purchased a big sectional made of leather at this store and they still love it. I was promised 5 days for delivery and waited 3 weeks with 3 different delivery dates...had to call multiple times and got voice mail never returned calls..what a waste!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS NOW, NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE THERE KNOWS ANYTHING. BEING THAT I DEAL WITH PEOPLE ON A DAILY BASIS I HAVE A BIT OF AN IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT USE THE LAYWAY BECAUSE GUESS WHAT THERE IS NO REFUND IF THEY DONT GET YOU YOUR FURNITURE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
