RecommendedThey were great, and always have been. Today I went in because a smoke trinity alpha just stopped working, the sweetheart from Lewisville replaced it no problem. I highly recommend them. And their grape ape oil. I’ll never go anywhere else as long as they are close to home. 5 stars, and the young lady who worked the noon to ? Shift should get a raise. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely keep going back.
Bad customer service would not recommend to any one! They can not help you operate nord pod took it home came back next day to exchange and they wouldn’t exchange. They sux waste if my time!
Very bad customer service. Do NOT stand behind what they sell. Try to blame the customer for a defect in their product. Bought a Smok mod that leaked like a sieve from the get-go. Went back several times and they "tried" to fix it When I finally requested a swap out they would not honor the warranty well within the 60 day warranty period. Will NEVER go back.
Terrible place!!!! Dont go there! The one in McKinney would not give a replacement or refund for a faulty ecig and I went back twice with the same problem!!!! Dont waste your money here guys!

So I bought a Smok Alien Kit on 5/6/17 from the Frisco location. About a month after using the mod I started to get a message saying low ohms and it would not work. So I figured hey I might have a bad coil. So swapped out my coil and it would not go away. Well after a while it started to work. So I figure no big deal just must have wigged out. Well needless to say the problem started becoming a regular problem. So I go back to the store to swap it out with a new one because I was told I had a 60 day warranty. Well just left ... read more
