We bought a girl's bedroom suite for over a $1000. When we got it home and unpacked it, most of the pieces has scratches and paint worn off corners & edges. The mirror for the dresser was broken. I never mentioned the scratches, but I wanted the mirror replaced, and they informed me that all was ok when we left with it. It's our word against the warehouse worker.
