I just called in inquiry about prices. Since it said vans I assumed they had 15 passenger vans. The guy who answered was very rude and short. I could tell once he heard my voice I wasn’t what he wanted. He immediately stated maybe you should call Avis or enterprise. I rented unit 916, the black Mercedes van, for my family road trip around the Four Corners States (New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado) and it was AWESOME!! The van was very comfortable and nicely maintained. We met with Jeff and he had the van ready and showed us how to use everything and he answered all of my questions, although I figured out on the way home from our trip that the rear captain seats can spin around but it wasn't a big deal.
