Excellent service! Answered all of my questions and got me my EMM back extremely quick! Plugged it in and it cranked on first try with no issues. Highly recommend these guys! They go above and beyond!

DFI did an excellent job on the 5 EMMs and 2 Power distribution panels that we've sent to them. I have talked to Chet in the past and he has been very helpful when it comes to an EMM problem that I cant figure out. Yea he sometimes dont answer the phone and I get it, Being its a small business I'm sure hes very busy but I just always print the form, fill it out and send the EMM in. They has always sent it back within a week or two. As far as warranty, I cant say as I have Never had an issue with any of the EMMs he has repair... read more
Chet and team are top notch on fixing evinrude emm problems. Also probably the most intelligent guy on speaking about the ficht outboard. They had me back up and running in no time. Thanks again DFI !!
I sent my evinrude emm to this company. Chet AT DfI said he tested it and that it was OK and sent it back. After alot of head scratching I took it into a mechanic. They said they were pretty sure it was a computer but they wanted to speak to DFI. Chet would not answer his phone for about a month. My mechanic gave up. I ended up putting 1700.00 worth of parts into the boat that didn't fix the issue. I found another company called CDI in Madison Alabama that specializes in EMMs. They rebuilt my emm and my boat runs great. Chet... read more
