I spent the last 4 months asking her and her staff to correct a problem on my 2019 taxes. It was an error they made that would result in a refund for me. She only uses her staff to avoid phone calls and contact. They can't answer any questions and promised time and time again to give Donna my message which was never responded to. I eventually had to file the amendment myself. I will never use her services or recommend her again. Which is unfortunate

Horrible Experience and wasted money. My husband and I were referred here to amend our taxes due to our military status and tax situation. The first appointment we had was rescheduled after waiting hours due to computer issues. Our next appointment came and we spent hours there to have our amended taxes incorrectly done. There were errors all over them, grammatical errors from names to address, etc. We had to come back in and have everything redone; it appeared we were frustrating Ms. Hill because we had to return twice that... read more
