I cannot get anyone on the phone. I have called multiple times a day for the past week and a half. My fiance and I live low income, we have a 1 year old and I'm giving birth to our second daughter in 1 day. They cut off my families snap benefits stating that our income exceeds the limit, but that's not true. My fiance is the only one of us working and doesn't make much money now they are making it impossible for us to fix the problem and we won't have money to eat. This is crazy, and stressful. Drove there and stood outside for about 5 minutes at front door, I noticed a lady walking up about to go inside (worked there) so I asked her were they open she said appointments only. She was just going to let me stand there if I didn’t say anything. Been trying to call and make appt for several days now but they don’t answer. Just close the building down at this point because they getting free money and taking up space.
