I have never seen such awful reviews and I can confirm that they are more than accurate. There needs to be a full investigation into the DFAS and how they operate. The people you talk to know nothing and the supervisors are even more useless. Dealing with the death of a loved one is bad enough, but having to deal with the DFAS makes it worse. I've read numerous complaints from current service members having difficulty getting their pay as well. It's just disgraceful how our current, retired, and families trying to get pensio... read more
Very uncaring about my situation and they don’t seem to have any knowledge on how to help with replacement of a lost check it’s been almost 6 months and they still have not resolved the issue
