Jody helped me identify my current mobility limits and set me up with a plan to improve. I felt so heard and taken care of, far from the typical experience at the doctor's office where I largely feel ignored. I'm happy to say my ankle's moving better from a nasty fall I had and feeling overall lighter. Thanks so much for your help!
Jody is a lifesaver! Had some lower back pain that's been chronic for several years now. Jody identified the problem and figured out a plan of attack for strengthening some of my weaker muscles that were contributing to the problem. When I'm consistent with the exercises my back has no pain whatsoever. I'll still come back for touch ups and re evaluations from time to time to make sure I'm staying on top of it. Highly recommend!!
Jody did a great job with my knee. I was keen to return, but needed to see how much my insurance would reimburse me. Jody promised me an itemized receipt in next couple days so I could claim. That was 6 weeks ago. I've mailed her 3 times, but no reply. I've called 4 times, but her voicemail is always full. Bummed. Thought I'd found my physio, but now I have to wear the full $130 because she won't send me a receipt. I would highly recommend Dexter Physical Therapy. Had lower back pain for several years that Jody Dexter diagnosed and treated professionally. Jody gave me exercises and stretches to do daily and I have been almost completely pain-free for almost 2 months since my first appointment.
I visited Jody for a hip issue that is now healed. Jody transformed my opinion of physical therapy. I've completed various physical therapy regimens over the years at the chain-like PT clinics. Sessions with Jody don't even compare; she works with you for the entire session versus other clinics where you're given some exercises and then basically do them independently with an occasional check-in from an assistant.
