If I could give negative stars I would. I wouldn't recommend this "preschool" to my worst enemy. I met with the assistant director, Regina, to enroll my child and inquire about a job, and she made some empty promises. My child is disabled and has special needs and I was told he would have a teacher there in his class to help him 1 on 1, if needed. The reviews below from Natalie, James and Austin are fake. They are family and friends of the center director who are trying to boost the center ratings. The center has been involved in many state licensing investigations with CPS over the past few months. Staffing and child supervision is awful.

Had a terrible experience here… We ended up pulling our child from this daycare due to several factors (understaffed, poor reporting, staff on phones vs watching kids, etc). They were so understaffed we got emails or texts for months asking for parents to volunteer to keep their child home. The final straw was drama between staff that used our child as part of that… Recommend to look elsewhere…

If I could give above 5 stars I would! My experience with Dexter KinderCare has been wonderful. The care that is put into each child shows and I would always recommend this KinderCare to my friends and family. The center is ran by great people who care deeply about their work and spend a great deal of time making sure all children are properly cared for. Thank you for all you do, Dexter KinderCare!!!!
