I could go on and on about how much I love the staff and the products at Dexter. The customer service, attention to detail, and the care given by their staff is unmatched. We needed repairs made to two chairs. They picked up the chairs, had them repaired, and returned them to me within three days. Lori & Wendy are amazing. This company tried to scam me by insisting I download an app to my phone to get a refund for a defective piece of furniture. When I would not let them control my phone they hung up and cancelled my refund. I ended up having to block my credit card from this scam company.
Very happy with my sofa that I bought with them! I went into their showroom and found something that was perfect. They were even able to do some customizations. Oh yeah... and it was sourced and handmade IN NORTH CAROLINA with hardwood and a fantastic warranty. Definitely not priced like a cheap imported piece of furniture... but they worked with me on pricing and delivery.
