There's this Spanish guy that was very rude and it's not the fact I couldn't get a loan it's the way he said it na we can't do that
If you are looking for a credit union do not choose this one. They do not allow you to do anything by phone, you have to come in to do simple things. Their branch hours are inconvenient. I am so dissatisfied with this institution and I will be closing my account soon and choosing another credit union to do business with. I would not recommend this place to anyone, choose elsewhere don’t make the same mistake I did
NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE
So disappointed with the branch manager at Red Lion branch. Literally pulled up to the bank at 5:00pm was told that could not make a one time exception for a withdrawal. Been with the bank a decade. Called them at 4:54pm and told them the situation and that I was 2 mins away. I see why this particular branch has bad reviews.
