Horrible customer service & cowards. Proceed with caution before leaving your current financial institution thinking you're doing yourself a favor. Of course there's no option to respond to their response except calling in. I've been there and done that. Proceed with caution...
Terribly credit union. The workers here have no bedside manner and every time I ask for help I feel like they have no interest in helping me. The last conflict I asked for a supervisor while on the phone and was placed on hold for 41 minutes, a manager/supervisor never came so I’m lead to believe I was never going to get to speak to a manager. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor support. Bank anywhere else.
Nice acknowledgment once entered the front door. The service needed was swift, clear, and professional by staff.
Refused to help me with a time sensitive problem that they had the full ability to do so.
