Teller has nothing but attitude rolls his eyes when asking to pull money out of account, that's happened three times now. Definitely don't recommend this location.
There was a constant anxiety having my auto loan through Dexsta. I would not recommend. It often felt like I was left in the dark, with unclear instructions and delayed responses. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information, and when I did get answers, they were inconsistent or unhelpful. Customer service lacked transparency and urgency, which only added to the stress. I expected more professionalism and support, especially when managing something as important as a car loan.

Horrible customer service & cowards. Proceed with caution before leaving your current financial institution thinking you're doing yourself a favor. Of course there's no option to respond to their response except calling in. I've been there and done that. Proceed with caution...
