I've been using DEXSTA for a number of years & never had an issue here, until just yesterday. After stopping into the Foulk Rd branch to speak with the Branch Manager, Eric Quinones, briefly about the issue, he quickly provided a solution with a basic & upfront explanation of what caused the issue. Good manager, GREAT man!! Thank you Eric!!!
I love this bank, it is easy to work with, and very little wait.
Unfortunately this is who my car loan is thru. Do not work with them! I have never had such a hard time trying to make monthly payments on a loan. I’ve tried to pay over the phone, sent in ACH authorisation, gone to this location to make a payment and try again to set up ACH monthly payments. None of these have worked. I bank with TD bank - and for some reason payments cannot go through via ACH or debit card. The individuals I worked with were nice but ultimately I entirely wasted my time there bc payments still have not com... read more
