I first became a client of Dexta when they were able to offer me a better rate for a car loan than a lender i was currently using. Fast forward less than a year later and due to an unforeseen incident, i needed an emergency loan. Dexta came through again. These people don’t understand how to calculate DTI (debt to income ratio) or LTV (loan to value) manually or have the understanding that an appraisal does not affect DTI. This was the manager of the department. It’s like talking to a brick. Go somewhere else. If you need a home loan or equity loan. What an absolute joke of a financial institution. They literally said that they use the Zillow value in their estimate of home price when calculating. You ever hear of an AVM LMAO.
