I love this bank, it is easy to work with, and very little wait.
Unfortunately this is who my car loan is thru. Do not work with them! I have never had such a hard time trying to make monthly payments on a loan. I’ve tried to pay over the phone, sent in ACH authorisation, gone to this location to make a payment and try again to set up ACH monthly payments. None of these have worked. I bank with TD bank - and for some reason payments cannot go through via ACH or debit card. No line, great customer service, great products
Great bank. Everyone is always friendly when I go in.
This banks customer service has gone completely down hill. I will be moving my business else because clearly the complaints are not be fixed. Do not waste your time banking here. Be aware of the fake reviews after the bad reviews. They tend to have employees or family members write them. Thank you for the service I once had but I have had enough.
