These people don’t understand how to calculate DTI (debt to income ratio) or LTV (loan to value) manually or have the understanding that an appraisal does not affect DTI. This was the manager of the department. It’s like talking to a brick. Go somewhere else. If you need a home loan or equity loan. What an absolute joke of a financial institution. They literally said that they use the Zillow value in their estimate of home price when calculating. You ever hear of an AVM LMAO.
The worst credit union. Horrible customer Service!! The owner actually had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t know how to pay my bills when they repo’ed my car after I told the supervisor plenty of times that I couldn’t pay the bill. She told me she would note my account.. she never did, and two months later, she said we haven’t heard from you. Melissa is awful! Now with my personal loan, I’ve never once asked for a hardship request, but she said they are all out of options and I already asked for a hardship for this account... read more
