Absolute worst. Every time I call there for help I spend 30 minutes getting passed around between member services and cardholder services and nobody wants to take accountability or deal with the problem.
There is a very good reason they have such a LOW review rating! Just try to deal with them and you will see! Plenty of other banks to deal with tagat are more helpful and friendly.
I took out a loan to pay off my credit cards 2 weeks ago and the checks were supposedly mailed, however, my credit card companies have still not received payment. Meanwhile, my first payment w:Dexts id due on Sept 15. I’ve called a many times to discuss and get transferred to different departments that won’t tell me anything about my account! I WOULD NOT recommend this credit union to any of my friends. Horrible experience, horrible company!
