Neglected to collect information related to the business that I've found out this year (with a different accountant) cost me about $2000 worth of deductions. Failed to provide important documents in a timely manner, and were also very difficult to get a hold of, was constantly following up. Had to pay more money to refile and fix their error from last year. Would not recommend.
