I can’t imagine the positive reviews listed here are real. At this point I don’t think I will ever see my sofa or my money back. I’ve been waiting 8+ months and have been met with false promises after false promises. A few months ago I left a one star review and received a call from the owner begging me to take it down and promising solutions. The shopping experience is just amazing! I found dex10 on Google and the reviews are very positive. So I made a trip to the showroom (they even have virtual 3D tour of the store). There was no saleperson during my first visit, I could take my time to try all the sofas with no pressure. I found most my answer from "Alexa", it's a very smart idea.
