Don’t order from this company it doesn’t deliver and doesn’t give refunds on money owed they know if they run out the time on purchase you get no refunds from credit card purchases . its always same excuse over the past 3 yrs yet for not delivering they still take orders there are reputable companies in toronto who do deliver the same furniture as dex 10 doesnt not “make”anything …

I can’t imagine the positive reviews listed here are real. At this point I don’t think I will ever see my sofa or my money back. I’ve been waiting 8+ months and have been met with false promises after false promises. A few months ago I left a one star review and received a call from the owner begging me to take it down and promising solutions. Is this company dead, I'm really trying to see what's going on but like it doesn't even have a website anymore
The shopping experience is just amazing! I found dex10 on Google and the reviews are very positive. So I made a trip to the showroom (they even have virtual 3D tour of the store). There was no saleperson during my first visit, I could take my time to try all the sofas with no pressure. I found most my answer from "Alexa", it's a very smart idea.
