It seems Dewsnap & Associates LLC does not verify the address and run a very unprofessional way to deliver. when I called them, the lady receiving the call was rude and blamed the Law firm and then hung up the phone. -- very bad experience and not professional.

Service itself was fine for a Boston defendant in a California lawsuit. Well, almost fine, they kind of forgot about service for a while and then they didn't do it at different times of day, but whatever. That's not the real problem. The real problem follows. Dewsnap provided a proof of service signed under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California.
