Rude customer service. Placed a large order with them after personally reaching out and confirming in stock and quantity. Owner responds with our website is always accurate just order there. Rude response to start but I still placed order. After order was placed it gets canceled few hours later with no reason or explanation. I reach out and am told that they dont have any stock of that item or cant find them. Very disappointed in this place. It clearly states on their website free shipping on otter and clam hub houses. Called this morning to confirm it’s free shipping and was told it is. I asked why it added shipping to my order and the guy I talked to said just order it and the owner would amend it when he got in. Called this afternoon and was very rudely told that of course there’s shipping. If you don’t like it I’ll just raise the prices. These people are crooks, beware.
Nice store has some good sales.
