Fast and easy to resolve my problem

Impossible to get a hold of the service dept. I took a lawnmower in and was never asdvised that the repairs were not covered under warranty. I don't think they even tried to cover it stating the lawnmower only had a 1 year warranty. When i had verified with Dewalt directly that my unit has a 3 year warranty. Never got a call for over a month that the machine would have a charge for repairs once they determined the issue. They installed a new blade when my only concern was for the machine to start.
