Customer service not so great. rude. and off putting.
Do not buy Dewalt's generators! The generators are made by other companies and Dewalt just slaps their name all over it. No service, no parts, and good luck if it would be a warranty.
Nasty front service staff. Wasted 30 minutes trying to find any reason not to repair my recalled item. I love driving across Denver afternoon traffic to deal with horrible people.
