I can see many different comments and reviews, some positive and some negative. I could of have been writing a negative review as well, I had to be in contact with dewalt multiple times, either via email and over the phone (with the last call before talking to Lee) had a bad experience with a female employee, I called back and Mr. Lee Russell handled my case with the most detailed customer care and professionalism, resolving any issues and concerns i had with my tools. sometimes we just get to talk the wrong person to handle... read more
Internet and voicemail say they open at 8:30 on Friday, however when you arrive, door sticker says 9 and doors still locked at 8:45 with several people waiting outside.
la señorita que atiende en español las llamadas literalmente hace un trabajo excelente y resolvió todas mis dudas. The lady who answers calls in Spanish literally does an excellent job and resolved all my questions.
