I have really enjoyed my DeWalt shopvac. Unfortunately a screw broke iff inside causing the motor to prematurely fail. The warranty team was quick to connect me with a replacement power head. I am very appreciative I was able to replace the motor and did not have to dispose of the unit in entirety. Thanks for standing behind your equipment and reducing waste through repairable components.
We dont sell to the public should be their slogan cause apparently they don't sell to the public. Super lame in my opinion!
Make sure to keep your warranty information from date of purchase. Called to get a Mower serviced, they told me warranties are from date of manufacture, not date of purchase. Called DEWALT directly and had me ship the mower else where because it was in fact still under warranty and contradicting everything the service center stated.
Customer service not so great. rude. and off putting.
Do not buy Dewalt's generators! The generators are made by other companies and Dewalt just slaps their name all over it. No service, no parts, and good luck if it would be a warranty.
