No customer service for the individual. If you have 1000's to spend as a commercial or and accredited company all hands down great customer service..... I do not appreciate being part of the disrespect of attempting to just buy what I need as a small business owner.
Went to pick up a item that was being serviced. The lady who was "taking care of me" seemed to either be very frustrated or just totally rude. As I was leaving the store, I heard her speak to another employee saying how frustrated she is with everything today and it truly showed with your actions. And your attitude.
I have really enjoyed my DeWalt shopvac. Unfortunately a screw broke iff inside causing the motor to prematurely fail. The warranty team was quick to connect me with a replacement power head. I am very appreciative I was able to replace the motor and did not have to dispose of the unit in entirety. Thanks for standing behind your equipment and reducing waste through repairable components.
This place is the biggest scam around. I sent my electric power washer in that just needed a handle replacement. First off you have a better chance of getting a hold of the president than you do someone from this company. Second they smacked a $250 charge to fix some motor issue that didn’t exist. They sent it back and the handle is still broke. One of the most used car salesman experiences of my life. Get a ryobi instead of this sham of a company with a fake warranty.
