Internet and voicemail say they open at 8:30 on Friday, however when you arrive, door sticker says 9 and doors still locked at 8:45 with several people waiting outside.

Not honest. Took my mower in for service because of vibration. They had it for nearly 5 weeks (they told me they were waiting on parts). I went to pick it up because I couldn’t wait anymore. They told me they tested it and there was no vibration. I brought it home and realized they didn’t give me back the blade I came in with. I ran the mower and it’s still vibrated very badly. Factory Service Center? More like "A counter that tells you you're out of warranty, and out of luck." DeWalt customer service told me the factory service centers have the ultimate decision on whether ot not to honor a warranty service, too. My drill broke after 18 months, and they wouldn't honor it because it's past 12 months. Not buying DeWalt again, literally ONLY because of how they don't back up their products.
