Great experience with all employees there. They are very helpful.
Professional people and very friendly
The lady on the phone with warranty repair must hate her job and takes it out on customers . I could not get a word in to her and she talked to me like I was a child . I own over 40k in dewalt tools for my company and have to send a tool in every other week for repair .
