Dewalt is always perfect, the Philippine guy is doing the best customer service. I’m fun of Dewalt.
Had my miter saw for almost a month. Promised to prioritize the repaire , that never happened. Promised to look into the issue and call me back several times that never happened. Shipped it back 3 days later then they promised. When i got it back the piece that that locks the slide was broken and now they want me to send it back in again. As a contractor i can't be without this tool for long periods of time
Extremely frustrating experience. I ordered a DEWALT nailer accessory by mistake and tried to cancel it the very next day. Customer support gave me the runaround between their local service line and their main customer support number, each telling me to call the other back. When I finally got through, the representative explicitly confirmed that my order was canceled. Fast forward a week later—the item was delivered to my house anyway!
