These particular dewalt weed wackers are horribly made,there is continuous motor burn outs.This dewalt product was only available fo a couple and appear to have discontinued them and I'm very sad about them.I decided today to give them one more chance and purchased 3 dewalt string trimmers.I may never purchase another trimmer if it continues to happen and will switch to and brand of tools.I also have drill that looses.power on demand.The service center counter men were great in Queens ny.
Very professional, and addressed my warranty issue immediately.
