I happened to call to ask Peter for a model that fits the requirements on a laser I was looking for. He not only pointed me in the right direction but had the 3 in stock at a stellar cost. He followed up and texted me photos of my name and the box ready for pick up by my guys at the front desk. This is the way it used to be. Miss those days….ha Haven’t received the merch yet but I’m sure if there is an issue it would be handled.
