Always great service with a knowledgeable staff!
Own construction company with over $50,000 in Dewalt tools and batteries and was given a number by Norwood to call customer service, so I called and I’ve NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY IN MY LIFE!! Don’t buy Dewalt tools don’t waste your money!! Apparently I need to switch to Milwaukee like all the other contractors I know.

I went there not too long ago. They actually moved from their original location, those guys were great, I always love talking to those guys they have a pretty decent trading policy. So I would definitely tell people to go there to trade their old stuff in be advised if you have multiple sets. Of something you want to trade in, they will only trade in item for item. I had a whole bunch of batteries and they wouldn't take 5 batteries to knock off the price for 1, 1 battery for 1 battery.
