Be carful with this store… scammers running this store!!! I went there with Dwalt tools under warranty and they try to get me to pay for the services that was supposed to be repaired for free… took the tools home and contacted dewalt again, sent the tools out for repair and now I have my tool home. Big scammers!!!

Own construction company with over $50,000 in Dewalt tools and batteries and was given a number by Norwood to call customer service, so I called and I’ve NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY IN MY LIFE!! Don’t buy Dewalt tools don’t waste your money!! Apparently I need to switch to Milwaukee like all the other contractors I know.
