As a veteran woodworker with 40 years of experience, I bought the DeWalt DW735 planer after countless peers recommended it as the best on the market. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. Over time, both the main planer bed and the table extensions became concave. Fixed my tool, cheap, they ship it if you want, great communication! Nuff said.
Just had a terrific experience at the service center. I brought in 3 drills to be repaired and walked out with 3 brand new drilsl for a little more money than fixing the old drills. The trade in program works well! Im very pleased.
