I would love to have given a good review. There were many great things about my parents living at Devonshire however … my dad is owed 388K from a life lease that may never get repaid. The Christensen family should be utterly ashamed at abusing elders! There has been a total breach of trust and Greg Christensen has not been a good custodian of their lease funds. He also spends a tonne on philanthropy to make himself look good. Millions are owed to elders in this community. Stay as far away from any Christensen property as you... read more
My parents too made a life lease loan when living at Devonshire. Vacated the suite end of April 2022; $320,000 (their money) yet to be repaid. They thought their money was safe but sadly the reputation and trust is currently in tatters.
Stay away! This property owes at least 55 seniors over $18 MILLION DOLLARS in unpaid life lease loans. For many, this represents their entire life savings. Many have been waiting for over 3 YEARS to be repaid. This property WILL go bankrupt, just like all Christenson properties!
Devonshire Village by Christenson Communities has a 3.9 star rating with 51 reviews.
Devonshire Village by Christenson Communities is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
