I really had higher hopes for this place to become a regular place for my kids. And yes admittedly we were a bit late due to unforeseen circumstances but it wasn't enough to warrant what we got. We pre booked a theme for regulation and instead we got no theme, not a dim closed room. We basically paid $50 for the staff member to play with our child for a little bit which is not what's advertised. We booked for a theme to regulate and just had our son playing with someone?
