Beautiful facilities and lovely staff
My mother in law tried to buy some cream after her treatment. They never gave any of the discounts that were due, £10 off and 10% because she'd had a spa day. Then they gave her the wrong items and instead of refunding a portion of the total, the "Manager," Gethin, (and I use that term loosely) decided that he had to refund the lot and recharge for the new amount.
