I'm am very impressed with this company. Customer service and communication seems not to exist anymore when dealing with people. I've had nothing but PERFECT customer service from Devon tiles . I may have gotten lucky on the first try in regards to whom I'm dealing with so ask for MEL. She is great at her job. She doesn't leave you waiting for weeks before responding to your emails, calls etc. She goes above and beyond to get the job done and is very informative in her field of tile design. Thank you, Mel.

So very disappointed. I had a very good appointment on February 17, 2021 with Christen. However the one star rating is due to the fact that they never followed up. I never received the promised email with price quotes of the tile I picked out. Then I emailed a few weeks later and never heard back. I was designing a full bar, full bath, wine room, and kitchen. So it would have been a large job. I spent two hours picking out tile and I never heard a word from them. VERY Disappointed!!!!
