I would like to give this place a decent review if they would ever return a phone call or email. I even went to the address listed and that office informed me that they are no longer there and haven't been for quite some time... seems a little suspicious to me and not a very good business practice to ignore those that are seeking help.
Elizabeth Gorge attorney quit my case and referred me to attorney Jessey Sweeny. After speaking with her referral I felt devistated , frustrated with his legal advice, he makes people feel hopeless, and does not take the time to listen to his clients needs.
Now, Colorado Fresh Start! Excellent firm and reasonable price when one has to make this very personal decision to file bankruptcy. They are effective and know their business. Highly recommend.
I have been trying to get ahold of the individual helping me with my case and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I have called, text, and emailed multiple times and no one ever reaches back out to me. I am wary on finishing paying off the fee because I am supposed to be working with Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy but the invoice says Fresh Start.
I paid the money in full. Got a text the next day that they are no longer filling for people. Still have not received a refund or email about the refund. Why are they still advertising that they a BK attorneys.
