We are absolutely thrilled with our Vintage 2 Seater, 2 wing chairs and 2 ottomans. After looking at the lounge retailers in Jindalee Home Base and extensive online searching, I wasn't convinced I was buying a quality leather product so visited Devlin Lounges and met Peter who was so helpful to explain the different types of leather and the range of sample lounges in stock. I have been waiting for over to 12 months now to resolve a warranty claim. For a couch that cost of $2500, I was hoping for more. In this time all I have had to send several follow up emails, as no pro active updates were given for ETA at anytime. Four emails got no reply, including one from 3 weeks ago. I can see other customers here are happy. Seems like I've fallen through the cracks. I understand there are post pandemic delays, but 12 months is a long wait with no updates.

My husband and I bought a beautiful leather sofa from Devlin in 2008. It's only now, 16 years later, that we need to think about buying a new one. Incredible quality! We'll definitely be going back to Devlin soon for our next sofa!!
