We booked with Devine Car Rentals through Transfercar for a vehicle transfer from Auckland to Wellington on 12 April. The car was handed over in good condition. However, the contract stated it would come with a full tank of fuel, but it only had a quarter tank at pickup. Andrew agreed that we could refuel and that the cost would be reimbursed. Devine Rentals Ltd has honestly been amazing to deal with. Tim and Andrew are absolute legends super friendly, genuinely helpful, and their attitude towards sorting things out is top-tier. Andrew was so helpful to find me the right car for my trip to Cape Reinga. Fast and clear communication from booking to return and my bond refunded straight away. Highly recommend his service if anyone wants to go on a road trip around New Zealand :) .
Do not deal with this company. Andrew is deceptive and adds on extra fees in the hope you don't notice. The cars are old. Poor poor service.... do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
