Nancy led us to believe that she could help us with our case, yet as we had further dealings with her, it was apparent to us that we were misled. Nancy rarely, if ever, answered phone calls or emails regarding our case in a timely manner. Quite often, we got no response at all. She did not seem to know whom to go to on our behalf.
