I can't say enough good things about Devereaux. As a coop apartment dweller with a small galley kitchen and bath (and comparable budget) I received the same courtesies, attention and expert advise as I am sure they give to much bigger projects. Was recommended by my contractor, but as far as returning unused tiles you are out of luck. I ended up with extra unused tiles in perfect condition that they wouldn't take back. I was shocked to hear that after as this was never explained from the beginning of the order process. "Sure if you don't use things and have full boxes we will take them back." Not so. The owner's explanation that he wouldn't take them back felt more like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. Dye lots don't change in 45-50 days. That's ridiculous... read more
