Awful, I had to put a star because it would not allow none. I'm a bookkeeper and had clients that used this firm to file returns for them. A client sent reports in June of 2021 for 2020 returns to be filed. Had not heard from them in 4 months, then to find out they were never filed. And now still in "line" to get done. In line?! It takes a year to get them to file a return? Client is facing many penalties due to their negligence and unprofessionalism. Horrible communication, extremely unprofessional.
