Management and staff have great hearts
I rate the location a 1 because some of the staff is VERY UNFRIENDLY. One particular staffer is Becky. She is very rude and takes it upon herself to address you as if she is the manager of DEC. she denied me dropping of clients and proceeded to make me late for my other job. Her exact words were " well you should have left earlier" now how can I do that when they don’t accept patients until 8:30. Overall I wouldn’t bring my children there.
